It seems like sometimes the horizontal sealing jaw is closing too late ？
Solution： regulate the food dropping position
Open the bottom inside of the machine
under the cups , there are one big gear wheel, around 88gears ,
lift the big gear by hand, separate with the small gear with 22
gears
rotate the cups ,one time one little to move, and start the open to check several times, till not catch the food .
